How do you get in the AQWASEAT?
Always get into the AQWASEAT from inside the pool! Do NOT enter the AQWASEAT from the pool deck with in-ground pools.

The seat weighs approximately 6 Kg.
What materials is AQWASEAT made of?
The seat is made of Polyprolene & 20% Glass Fiber reinforcement and the Feet are made of EPDM with screws in RVS 316.
What does the Limited Warranty cover?

What’s the Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. The AQWASEAT must be in its original, unused condition upon return for a full refund. The purchaser is responsible for all expenses related to packaging and shipping. Reuse of the original shipping box is accepted and recommended.
How do I adjust the distance of the AQWASEAT to the pool side?
The AQWASEAT has two feet with a screw design so you simply twist the feet to the required distance.
How does the AQWASEAT stay in place?
The revolutionary top grip in combination with the two feet and your own body weight keeps the seat in place. The gills on both end corners of the seat helps the AQWASEAT easily sink into the water.
Can I use the AQWASEAT on all above ground pools?
Yes, AQWASEAT is developed for most above ground pool sides like steel frame, glass or wide borders.
Can I use the AQWASEAT with in-ground pools?
You can order a special designed grip set which is designed to fit almost any in-ground pool with a flat border on all sides of the pool.
Is the AQWASEAT easy to move around?
Yes, the AQWASEAT was designed for easy removal leaving total pool capacity for other swimming activities.
Will the colour of the AQWASEAT stay the same after a few years?
No, because of the effect of UV radiation and sunlight plus the chemicals added to the pool water, the AQWASEAT colour will fade slightly over the years. The effect depends on the amount of years, days and hours in which the AQWASEAT is exposed to effects mentioned above.
Can I use the AQWASEAT outside the pool as well?
No. We designed the AQWASEAT for usage in the pool only.
Does the AQWASEAT has a weight limit?
The AQWASEAT can hold a person up to 120 Kg easily inside the water. We guarantee up to 150 Kg when used correctly.
Can I sit with more then one person on the AQWASEAT?
No. We do not recommend to sit with more then one person on the seat, because of the weight pressure and balance of the seat.
Can I use the AQWASEAT for small children?
The AQWASEAT was designed for adults. Though teens with a minimum length of 1.65 meters can sit in the seat, depending on the height of the water in the pool. Aqwarana is already developing a seat add-on for children to offer in the near future.
Be careful and pay extra attention when you are using the AQWASEAT in your pool and you have small children playing around in the pool. They might bump against the seat and hurt themselves.
What is the best area of the pool side for the AQWASEAT to hang?
The best area to place the seat is the border which will fit the seat’s top grip best. With a steel frame, soft liner, above ground pool we recommend to place the seat on one of the corners of the pool.
How can I clean & protect the seat?
Use a soft cloth to dry the seat. And use the protection bag to protect the seat against any scratches. Do not use pointy or sharp objects when you use the seat in the pool.
Can I stand on the seat when it’s placed in the pool?
Do not use the seat as a diving board or a toy for children.
